    To have a community of life-long clients that entrust me with their Real Estate portfolios. I plan to accomplish this vision by providing seamless support - before, during, and after the transaction, and by achieving excellent results for my people.  I strive to consistently set myself apart from all of the other Realtors® following the same “Selling Systems” by delivering individualized service, superior market knowledge, and high integrity principles.   My unique business model and strategies will attract like-minded clients, and in-turn gain the trust of their surrounding loved ones and the people they care about.


    MY STORY

    I was born an entrepreneur, and I chose real estate as my passion.


    Born and raised in the GTA, the fast paced lifestyle is in my DNA.  Family is at the very top of my list of values.  With family comes trust, respect, honesty, loyalty, and perseverance.  I don't believe in giving up, and I will always do my very best for the people depending on me. Growing up as the eldest son of parents who were self-employed, I naturally gained a strong interest in numbers, math, and business.  I also quickly developed a diverse skillset at an early age, and I have continued this development throughout my life journey. 


    My parents have always emphasized the importance of being a well–rounded individual, which influenced me to participate in a number of extracurricular activities.  From the age of four, I’ve played the piano at a competitive level, which has taught me the significance of precision, preparation, and high–level focus. For the better part of 10 years, I also played basketball for my school team as well as my city’s “AAA” rep team.  These experiences have highlighted the importance of team work, dedication, work-ethic, and responsibility, while also exposing my naturally competitive edge!


    At 16 years old, I landed my first sales position at one of Canada's largest and most successful electronics stores. I started with selling iPods, then computers, and very soon after, I was promoted into selling Televisions and Home Theatre Systems—my goal from the beginning. Spending those early years helping people make purchase decisions has taught me about listening carefully, asking the right questions, and keeping my knowledge up-to-date. 


    In the later years of my education, I studied Finance and Marketing at Ryerson University while lending a helping hand with the family gas station business.  With these and many other impactful life experiences, I had always known that I would be invested in the Real Estate market.  So...why not become the Expert?


    I believe the Real Estate transaction is more about YOU than about me.  Whether a first­–time buyer, experienced home owner, or a savvy investor, each of my clients receives individualized service with the same level of care and priority.  My philosophy is that each and every transaction (big or small) requires a critical decision–making process, careful planning, and is treated as a serious investment.  I'm a real Numbers Guy!


    I am known to have thorough analysis, accurate market evaluations, expert negotiating skills, and exceptional service.  I refine these tools and skills daily to keep them sharp and ready for action. Buying and Selling Real Estate is an intimate decision that should be made with people you can rely on. A passion for helping people is what gives me true fulfillment from being in this business.
